Still in the studio recording the new double album Marbles, the band's only public performances this year were for the Marillion Weekend fan convention and its warm-up show.

Although they only played 4 shows in 2003, Marillion did manage to set a Guinness World Record for the fastest-produced DVD!
Marillion On Tour in 2002
The first Marillion Weekend fan convention took place in 2002, followed by several festival dates in support of the new live album Anorak in the UK.

Knowing that the majority of 2003 was going to be spent writing and recording a new album, Marillion headed out for a short Christmas Tour at the end of the year, playing a show for each of the Web Fan Clubs .
Marillion On Tour in 2001
Before the release of Anoraknophobia in April, the band headed out on an experimental "University Tour' in February, playing short sets at univerity student unions with the aim to reach a new audience who had never heard of Marillion.

The Anoraknophobia album tour followed, and saw the band tour across Europe - including a return to Poland. The Spring UK shows were recorded, and later released in 2002 on the live album Anorak in the UK

For the October leg of the Anoraknophobia tour, the band held a vote on this website, asking fans what they would like to hear played - and the final set lists were based largely on this vote. See the full results of the set list vote below.
