Twink PVP is a thing, obviously. But sometimes - farming dungeons for rare drops can flip you over the max level you want. And not being able to min-max my Twink seems kinda dealbreaker to me.

Right now 60-69 is dead or near death. This is such a lie. 69 is the most active bracket other than 70 and games regularly go until 4 am EST.
